Also nominated for Best Customer Service Award over the past years. Judging was an overall view of the Company's performance to customer service.  Short listed down to four finalists on the evening. Although we did not succeed in winning the award, being a finalist was an award in its own right.

Disaster Recovery for Builder after BT Blunder

PA4You recently came to the rescue of a Manchester based building firm.  Having invested thousands of pounds in an advertising campaign on Century Radio, Greater Manchester Builders' telephone lines were accidentally cut by BT so that none of the enquiries from the new advert could get through.

Greg Neary, MD of Greater Manchester Builders, called PA4You in a panic.  Within 10 minutes we were able to contact BT and arranged for all calls to be diverted to us until the fault was fixed.

3 months on, with the line now fixed, Greater Manchester Builders are so impressed with PA4You that they now use us for all their call handling needs.
